We're thrilled to announce that 2501.ai is partnering with Cisco, part of their brand new Scale Hub program running at STATION F in Paris. Through the program, we'll work with Cisco to bring state-of-the-art AIOps to enterprise customers across IT and network infrastructure.
The problem is simple to state and hard to solve. Modern infrastructure is more distributed, more dynamic and more interconnected than ever: on-prem, hybrid and cloud running in parallel, with thousands of moving parts. When something breaks, the clock starts immediately, and yet most teams are still triaging, escalating and remediating with the same manual processes that built the problem. Humans are the bottleneck between detection and resolution.
2501.ai builds AI agents that operate like an L1/L2 ops engineer: they take the incident, diagnose it, execute the remediation and close the ticket end to end, without waiting for a human to be available. We were built for exactly the environments enterprises run today, IT and network alike, and for the operational reality where every minute of downtime is a real cost.
What Cisco Scale Hub Means for 2501
Cisco Scale Hub is a rolling six-month program for enterprise-focused startups that have a working product and are ready to move from experimentation to deployment. It is delivered through Cisco's Country Digital Acceleration program in France, in partnership with Outshift, Cisco's incubation arm. As part of the program, 2501.ai gets:
- Incubation support from Outshift: mentorship, open-source resources and hands-on workshops on emerging AI topics, including multi-agent systems
- Access to Cisco's technology stack: Silicon One networking, AI observability via Splunk and industry-leading security frameworks
- Real-world validation: working with Cisco's sales and engineering teams to design and test proofs of concept with enterprise customers, with the goal of deploying at scale inside major national and international organizations
- Regulatory guidance: support for scaling globally while keeping control over technology and data

Why Cisco, and why now?
The honest answer is that the fit was obvious from our very first conversation, several months ago. 2501 solves the operations problem; Cisco has the global footprint, the technology foundation and the enterprise relationships to take autonomous operations to scale. Together, that's a combination no one else in this market has.
The first cohort of Cisco Scale Hub kickstarted on 31st August 2026 at STATION F, where Cisco has also deployed high-performance networking and security for the campus's 1,000+ startups. For us, it's the moment where a product that already works in the field meets the channel to become a standard practice in enterprise IT.
A big thank you to Valentin Durand for opening the door, and we can't wait to get started with Baptiste Fleury, Guirec Allen, Xavier Valette and Karen Thuillier on the Cisco team.
