SPECIALTY_BRIEFING
// WHAT 2501 DOES
AWS Central is 2501's specialty for AWS: it investigates and fixes problems on EC2 and related services, and handles routine maintenance, from one central instance in your AWS network. It acts only as far as you allow.
An instance stops answering, a disk fills up, a service is refused access it had yesterday. Each ticket is small and urgent, and each starts with the same question: is it the network, the instance, the disk or a permission?
The AWS Central specialty takes these requests from your ticketing system. It works out why an instance is unreachable, a service stopped, access is denied or a disk filled, and confirms the cause before changing anything. Where you allow it, it provisions and resizes instances, adds and extends storage, restarts services and adds a missing permission. It prefers one precise change to a broad fix, tests the result and records every step. When a ticket is unclear about which resource it means, it asks rather than guesses.

Do we register every EC2 instance with 2501? No. AWS Central works from one central instance in your AWS network.
Can we buy 2501 through AWS? Yes, on AWS Marketplace through Buy with AWS.
Each page is one kind of ticket, and how this specialty handles it within the limits you set.
