What you’ll do

• Own features end to end – work across the TypeScript CLI, Postgres migrations, automated evals, and Vercel deployments - focusing where you add the most value.
• Work with a range of LLMs – combine flagship and open‑source models, fine‑tune on meaningful production data, and keep getting better as new releases land.
• Build solid infrastructure – put together tools that give us a clear view of every 2501 agent.
• Debug fast – hop on voice with teammates, share a screen, and solve problems together.

Who you are

• Backend magician – you've shipped complex production systems, not just CRUD apps.‍‍
• AI-native - you build with Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc. baked into your workflow. You don't ship a non-trivial feature without using AI to explore options, generate code, and write tests.‍
• Owner mindset – you turn vague ideas into running code and track the impact.‍
• Straight-forward communicator – you explain trade‑offs in plain language.
