What you’ll do

• Own the hiring pipeline end-to-end - sourcing, coordination, and candidate experience.
• Handle light people-ops - onboarding and nurturing our culture.
• Help us scale the team fast without lowering the bar.

Who you are

• Recruiting or people background in startups or tech.
• Organized, and genuinely great with people.
• Comfortable working part-time and highly autonomously.

Not for you if

• You need a full-time mandate.
