What you’ll do

• Own post-sale relationships with our largest enterprise accounts - banking, telco, and large IT organizations.
• Drive adoption and expansion of 2501 agents inside complex infrastructure environments.
• Be the bridge between the business and the technical teams, translating goals into outcomes.
• Reduce churn by making customers wildly successful and spotting risk before it grows.
• Partner with product and engineering to feed real customer signal back into the roadmap.

Who you are

• Enterprise CS or TAM background in infrastructure, DevOps, or observability.
• Technical enough to talk shop with SRE and platform teams.
• Calm and credible under enterprise pressure, with a track record of growing accounts.

Not for you if

• You want a purely reactive support-desk role.
• You’d rather not get hands-on with technical infrastructure conversations.
