What you’ll do

• Act as the right hand to the CEO, driving the company’s most important strategic projects from idea to done.
• Own the operating cadence - run leadership meetings, track OKRs, and turn decisions into action.
• Prepare board and investor materials, and help tell the 2501 story with clarity.
• Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, sales, and hiring - unblocking whatever slows the team down.
• Build and run the hiring ops and internal systems that let a small team move fast.

Who you are

• You’ve worn many hats - ex-consulting, ops, or founder background - and you thrive without a fixed playbook.
• You prioritize ruthlessly and always know what matters most this week.
• You write crisply and think clearly under pressure.
• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and speed, and you make things happen.

Not for you if

• You need a fixed remit or lots of structure to be effective.
• You’d rather specialize deeply in one function than range across the whole company.
