We're excited to announce that 2501.ai has raised $12 million in a round led by Cusp Capital, with participation from Galion.exe (historical investor), Axc Capital, and our historical business angels.

This round marks a pivotal moment for the company and for the broader AIOps space. The funding will allow us to scale our engineering team, expand our enterprise deployments, and push the boundaries of what autonomous agents can do inside complex IT environments.

Why Now

Enterprise IT is at an inflection point. Infrastructure complexity is growing faster than teams can hire. Alert fatigue is the norm. The gap between incident detection and resolution continues to widen, especially in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Traditional monitoring tools tell you something is wrong. 2501.ai agents fix it. Autonomously, in real time, across Linux and Windows, cloud and on-prem.

The demand we've seen from enterprises in financial services, telecommunications, critical infrastructure, and managed services confirmed what we already believed: the market is ready for AI agents that don't just observe, but act.

This $12M round will be deployed across three priorities:

• Engineering & R&D: Expanding our agent capabilities with deeper root cause analysis, broader system coverage, and more sophisticated remediation playbooks.
• Enterprise Go-to-Market: Scaling our sales and customer success teams to support deployments across regulated industries and global infrastructure.
• Platform & Integrations: Deepening integrations with the monitoring, ITSM, and cloud platforms our customers already rely on, from Datadog and ServiceNow to AWS, Azure, and on-premise environments.
